Cancellation Policy

Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

1	Within 16 - 30 days of start of program	30 % of rate
2	Within 7 - 15 days	50 % of rate
3	Under 1 week of arrival in Bhutan	70 % of the rate
4	After arrival in Bhutan	100 % of rate
